Q: Can I run the videos on a Mac?
A: No - unfortunately the videos come in an .exe package format and they cannot be run on anything other than a PC. HOWEVER it is still worthwhile joining (as it IS free currently anyhow). We will be adding other downloads to the members area over time and these may well run on Macs

Q: If I join for FREE today, will I ever be billed anything?
A: No - if you simply join for FREE you will never be billed, even if we do ultimately charge a joining fee.

Q: How come you are offering so much for FREE? What's the catch?
A: We're offering free memberships currently as a test. This may change at any time. In the meantime, we want to prove to you that we are dedicated to seeing you succeed. That's why we decided to offer free memberships for a limited time.

Q: I've just purchased an upgraded membership from inside the members area but I don't know how to access it. Can you help?
A: Absolutely - if you have purchased an upgraded membership or package of products from the members area you can access it by logging in and going to the DOWNLOADS menu. On this page will be a list of the memberships / packages that you have access to. You will be able to download / access them by clicking the relevant link.
