I’ll make this brief…

A couple of days ago I was on a Skype call with our good
friend Alex Jeffreys.

Hi

Fortunately we were prepared for something like this to
happen one day.

This is a true story and it could VERY EASILY happen to
you too…

…but you CAN avoid it just like we did - and it doesn’t
HAVE to cost you a penny.

First though, a bit of background:

The other day we received an email from one of our
subscribers. She was sort of in a panic because she needed
to access one of our scripts but there was some sort of
horrible database error.

We took a quick look and quickly realized what the problem
was. The MySQL database had somehow “disappeared!”

For a moment we began to panic. This was one of our
profitable niche websites and we risked losing hundreds of
dollars per day.

We needed to get it back up and running - FAST.

And that brings us to the good news…

We’re very careful when it comes to backing up our
important data so we were easily able to restore the
database from a backup on our office computer.

We were able to do this because we had a VERY recent
backup of the database.

Some words of advice here:

- Never rely on your webhost to backup your vital data. At
the end of the day it’s ultimately YOUR responsibility.

- Always make regular backups of both your website AND
your MySQL databases. Especially the latter because these
are what generally contain the “important” information.

(You can generally reinstall a script fairly easily but if
you don’t have the database then you have to start again
with NO DATA)

- If your databases are updated regularly with new data
then you need to back them up REGULARLY. And not just to
another area on your hosting account… we mean back them
up somewhere SAFE.

We know a LOT of people DON’T do this and they leave
themselves exposed to losing EVERYTHING, so We’ve put
together a totally free video on how you can backup
your MySQL databases yourself and keep yourself safe
if something terrible goes wrong.

WE actually use an automated database backup program
ourselves because this saves us having to remember to
run backups regularly. Plus it saves us a heck of a
lot of time! We’ve got countless databases and backing
them up manually can be a real chore.

If you run any of the following from your website, then
YOU NEED to take action and put in place some sort of
backup program:

=> A Wordpress blog hosted on your account

=> A forum

=> An autoresponder hosted on your account

=> An ad tracking script

=> A membership or affiliate script

=> Or just about any other script you can think of!

Don’t leave your VITAL data to chance. If you do this, you
risk losing EVERYTHING you’ve worked so hard for!

It’s your call of course - but it can happen to ANYONE,
ANYTIME so you should always be prepared for the worst.

Over the last few days you’ve been learning how you can
use the numerous emails you receive from the ‘big boys’ to
increase your own profits.

Today we’re going to show you a simple 3-step process that
will allow you to leverage off the hard work and experience
of these gurus so you can create your own affiliate
campaign that has already been proven to work.

Very briefly here are the 3-steps you need to take (we’ll
explain this in more detail shortly)…

1. You need to identify the experts in your niche market.

2. You need to sign-up to their lists.

3. Create special email folders for each of your experts
and place the emails you receive from them into each
respective folder.

You need to create special email folders so you can gain
easy access to these emails without having to waste time
searching for them at a later stage.

For example, in the internet marketing niche we’ve
created separate folders for experts that we follow.

When we receive an email from these experts it is
automatically forwarded to the folder we have created for
each marketer. We can then read and refer to these emails
whenever we want.

Do you now understand why you need to do this too?

What you are doing is basically creating a ‘swipe file‘ to
learn what each marketer is doing so you can leverage off
their expert ideas/tactics at a later stage.

Ok. Now that you understand this, here again are the
simple steps to create your own ’swipe file’…

Find some of the most popular experts in your niche and
sign up to their lists.

Place all the emails you receive from them during major
product releases in a special folder.

When the campaign is finished or nearing completion,
analyze each of their email campaigns to see:

- How they write their email copy
- What type of language or words they use (ie, triggers)
- Do they use video, audio or other media
- How they create the ‘buzz’ about the product
- How often they send emails (both pre and post release)
- How they create anticipation
- What type of bonuses do they offer
- Are their bonuses unique
- Do they use their bonuses to create urgency
- Have they used the product themselves
- What results did they get from the product
etc, etc, etc.

You basically want to learn how to craft your own email
copy that targets the emotional triggers of your readers
to entice them to take the action YOU want them to take…

…which increases conversions and sales!

We can tell you now that the successful marketers will not
waste their time creating ineffective email campaigns.

They will have already tested what works and what doesn’t,
so you need to leverage off their expertise by studying what
they do so you can craft your own email copy to entice your
readers take action…

…and this could be something as simple as joining their
list, downloading a report or making a purchase.

Of course, you shouldn’t simply copy entire campaigns and
add your name to the bottom of the email. This is both
unethical and unlawful.

You need to find the aspects of each campaign that you
personally find enticing or intriguing and then re-work
them to incorporate this strategy into a campaign you can
use for your own future promotions.

Of course you will not only learn from specific campaigns,
you will also be developing a highly effective ’swipe file’
that you can refer to when crafting emails or sales copy
for future projects.

Do this and eventually you will begin to see a remarkable
difference in your results.

Today we’re going to uncover a hot tip you can use to help

You see, the experienced marketers don’t send out the
‘cookie cutter’ emails that the product owner provides to
their affiliates.

They don’t do this because they know that to be successful
you have to be different.

They know that if you follow the crowd and do the same

They know that to earn an above average income you’ve
got to do things that the average person isn’t doing.

Each successful marketer has their own style to do this
and this is why you need to closely study what each of the

Firstly we are NOT promoting John Reese’s new

simply no way we could have done this…

Hey make no mistake. In the end we’re all in the game to
make money, but along the way you MUST be prepared to place
your customers as the #1 priority in your business.

You simply can’t take them for granted just to make a
quick buck promoting the latest major product release
without even knowing what value it offers.

Now we’re not saying Traffic Secrets 2.0 isn’t good value.
If it’s half as good as his first version then it will be
a tremendous resource and well worth the cost.

However, there’s just no way we would compromise our
values to promote something without first using it ourselves.
