Log a ticket at our Support Desk if at all possible with the following information: Your Paypal email (that you wish to take payments on), Your GoDaddy (numerical login ID), the email address associated with your GoDaddy.com account, Your JVManager2 login details (if you have an account already - to check / retrieve this info, go to: http://www.digi-sell.com/jvm2 and use the Forgot Password feature), and any other information we may need such as price you wish to sell for etc. If for some reason, you are unsuccessful with your first choice, we will offer you the choice of an alternative or a full refund (whichever you choose). |

Generally this will be within 72 hours (often much sooner) assuming we receive all the information from you. In the event that we receive 2 or more payments for a particular domain, we will offer you a choice of an alternative domain or a refund - whichever you choose. If you no longer wish to proceed at that point, we will of course refund any payment made to us in full. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm that you are the successful buyer.
